Services

Burnout, trauma, illness, or time away from work can affect not only how you feel, but how you function in everyday life.

Solstream offers virtual individual psychotherapy (also commonly called talk therapy) for adults across Ontario.

Initial Assessment

The first session is 50 minutes.

In this intake session, we will discuss what has been difficult, how it is affecting your day-to-day life, and what support would feel most helpful right now. We may also begin identifying what you would like to rebuild, improve, or move toward over time.

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions

Ongoing therapy sessions are 50 minutes.

Ongoing sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, with room for both reflection and practical support. Depending on what feels most relevant, therapy may include coping strategies, skill-building, exploring patterns, and gradual steps toward feeling more steady in everyday life.

Fees

Initial Assessment / Ongoing Therapy Session: $165

  • rebuilding routine, confidence, self-trust, capacity, and emotional regulation

  • reconnecting with your sense of self, identity, and direction

  • taking gradual, realistic steps toward a steadier and more sustainable way forward
